Nominal-Temperature Measuring Machines

This patented equipment was developed for the reliable sorting of temperature-sensitive electronic components, e.g. semi-conductor-based temperature-sensor ele-ments, made of ceramics or of other materials. To make high precision measurements possible, the components are tempered in a fluid medium. A thermostat regulator, spe-cially modified by M&R, ensures a precise and constant temperature.

 

The system software, supplied with it, records the temperature-dependent parameters of the components, classifying the measurement values according to the stipulations given. A mechanical sorting system sorts the components, placing them into various tolerance classes. All measurement results are displayed in real time on the monitor and secured in the system in user-friendly tables, statistics and graphs.
